【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesconstructional,functional,testingandmarkingrequirements,sizinganddocumentationofgaspressureregulatorsusedinthepressureregulatingstationsinaccordancewithEN12186orEN12279:-forinletpressuresupto100barandnominaldiametersuptoDN400;-foranoperatingtemperaturerangefrom-20°Cto+60°C,whichoperatewithfuelgasesofthe1stand2ndfamilyinaccordancewithEN437intransmissionanddistributionnetworksandalsoincommercialandindustrialinstallations.Gaspressureregulatorshereafterwillbecalledregulatorsexceptinthetitles.ForstandardregulatorswhenusedinpressureregulatingstationscomplyingwithEN12186orEN12279,AnnexZAlistsallapplicableEssentialRequirementsexcepttheexternalcorrosionresistanceincaseofenvironmentalconditionswherecorrosionislikelytooccur.Thisdocumentconsidersthefollowingclasses/typesofregulators:-class1:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-10°Cto60°C;-class2:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-20°Cto60°C;-typeIS:(integralstrengthtype);-typeDS:(differentialstrengthtype).Thisdocumentappliestoregulatorswhichusethepipelinegasasasourceofcontrolenergyunassistedbyanyexternalpowersource.Theregulatormayincorporateacreep(venting)reliefdevice,complyingwiththerequirementsinAnnexF.Theregulatorscomplyingwiththerequirementsofthisdocumentmaybedeclaredas"incompliancewithEN334"andbearthemarking“EN334”.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplyto:-regulatorsupstreamfrom/on/indomesticgas-consumingapplianceswhichareinstalleddownstreamofdomesticgasmeters;-regulatorsincorporatedintopressure-regulatingdevicesusedinservicelines1withvolumetricflowrate200m/hatnormalconditionsandinletpressure5bar;-regulatorsforwhichaspecificdocumentexists(e.g.EN88,etc.);-industrialprocesscontrolvalvesinaccordancewithEN1349.
