【摘要】:PartIBaseMetal-Databasessummarizingthecreep-rupturepropertiesofalloy800Handitsvariantswerereviewedandreferenced.Forthemostpart,thedatabasewasjudgedtobeadequatetomeettheneedsfortime-dependentpropertiesintheextensionofalloy800HinASMESectionIIISubsectionNH(III-NH,ComponentsinElevatedTemperatureService)to900°C(1650°F)and600,000hours.Proceduresforanalyzingcreepandstress-rupturedataforIII-NHwerereviewedandcomparedtothecurrentprocedureendorsedbytheASMESectionIIonMaterials.Thestress-rupturedatabaseforalloy800Hinthetemperaturerangeof750to1000°C(1382to1832°F)wasassembledandusedtoestimatetheaverageandminimumstrengthfortimesto600,000hours.PartIIWeldments-Databasessummarizingthetensileandcreep-rupturepropertiesofdepositedweldmetalandweldmentsforalloy800Hwerereviewedandreferenced.Proceduresforanalyzingcreep-rupturedatafortemperaturesof750°C(1382°F)andhigherwerereviewedandusedtoestimatetheweldstrengthreductionfactors(SRFs)asafunctionoftimeandtemperaturefortemperaturesto900°C(1650°F).Thedatabasewasjudgedtobeinadequatetomeettheneedsfortheextensionoftheuseoffillermetalforalloy800HinASMESectionIIISubsectionNHto900°C(1650°F).Fiveappendiceswereincludedthat1)listedthedatausedintheevaluationoftheSRFs,2)providedthevaluesforparametricconstantsinthemodels,3)providedanexampleofthecalculatedSRFsforalloy82,4)recommendedsupplementalcreep-rupturetestingtoexpandthedatabaseandimprovetheestimationofSRFsforlong-timeserviceand5)providedasummaryofaparametricFiniteElementAnalysis(FEA)studyofcross-weldsamples.
