【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60534-8definesequipment,methods,andproceduresforobtaininglaboratorymeasurementsofsoundpressurelevelsradiatedbycontrolvalvesand/orassociatedpipingconfigurations,includingfixedrestrictions,throughwhichcompressiblefluidsarepassing.Controlvalvesdischargingtoatmosphereareexcludedfromthisstandard.MethodAisauniformmethodofmeasuringtheradiatednoisefromthevalveandassociatedtestpipingandallowsacomparisonofvariousmeasuringresultswhichisbeneficialforbothuserandmanufacturer.Thenoisecriteriaareexpressedbydeterminingthesoundpressurelevelofthevalveunderconsideration.MethodBisaprocedureformeasuringthesoundpressurelevelswithinpipesystemsupstreamanddownstreamofthevalveunderfixedoperatingconditions.Sinceinaccuraciesduetothepipetransmissionareeliminated,thismethodispreferredforevaluationoftheacousticalcharacteristicofvalves.Thenoisecharacteristicstobedeterminedareusefulforthefollowingreasons:a)tocomparetheperformanceofdifferentvalves;b)toplanmeasuresfornoiseabatement;c)todetermineacousticalcharacteristicsofvalvesandvalveassemblies;d)toenablepropersizingofsoundabsorbers;e)todeterminepossibleadverseeffectsonultra-sonicflowmetermeasurements.
