【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TS24534providestherequirementsforanElectronicRegistrationIdentification(ERI)thatisbasedonanidentifierassignedtoavehicle(e.g.forrecognitionbynationalauthorities)suitabletobeusedfor:electronicidentificationoflocalandforeignvehiclesbynationalauthorities,vehiclemanufacturing,in-life-maintenanceandend-of-lifeidentification(vehiclelifecyclemanagement),adaptationofvehicledata,e.g.incaseofinternationalre-sales,safety-relatedpurposes,crimereduction,andcommercialservices.Itadherestoprivacyanddataprotectionregulations.ThispartofISO/TS24534specifiestheinterfacesforasecureexchangeofdatabetweenanERTandanERIreaderorERIwriterinoroutsidethevehicleusingasymmetricencryptiontechniques.NOTE1TheonboarddevicecontainingtheERIdataiscalledtheElectronicRegistrationTag(ERT).ThisTechnicalSpecificationincludes:theapplicationlayerinterfacebetweenanERTandanonboardERIreaderorwriter,theapplicationlayerinterfacebetweentheonboardERIequipmentandexternalERIreadersandwriters,andsecurityissuesrelatedtothecommunicationwiththeERT.NOTE2Thevehicleidentifiersandpossibleadditionalvehicledata(astypicallycontainedinvehicleregistrationcertificates)aredefinedinISO/TS24534-3.NOTE3ThesecureapplicationlayerinterfacesfortheexchangeofERIdatawithanERIreaderorwriterarespecifiedinISO/TS24534-4andafutureISO/TS24534-5.
