【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsfordeterminingthesteady-stateperformancecharacteristicsanddynamicperformancecharacteristicsofpositive-displacementelectricallyandelectronicallycontrolledhydraulicpumps(hereafterreferredtoas"pump"or"pumps"),soastoallowcomparisonoftheperformanceofdifferentcomponents.PumpscoveredbythisInternationalStandardhavethecapacitytoaffectchangesintheoutputfloworpressureinproportiontotheelectricalorelectronicinputsignals.Thesepumpscanbeoftheload-sensingcontroltype,servo-controltype,orelectricalvariabledisplacementmechanismtype,whichcontroloutputflowandoutputpressurebyfeedbackusingelectricalsignals.Theaccuracyofmeasurementisdividedintothreeclasses,A,BandC,whichareexplainedinAnnexA.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesaquantitativemeasureusefulintheevaluationoftheperformanceoffiberx2013;reinforcedconcrete.Itallowsforcomparativeanalysisamongbeamscontainingdifferentfibertypes,includingmaterials,dimensionandshape,anddifferentfibercontents.Resultscanbeusedtooptimizetheproportionsoffiberx2013;reinforcedconcretemixtures,todeterminecompliancewithconstructionspecifications,toevaluatefiberx2013;reinforcedconcretewhichhasbeeninservice,andasatoolforresearchanddevelopmentoffiberx2013;reinforcedconcrete(SeeNote2).Note28212;BanthiaandDubeycomparedresultsusingthistestmethodwithresidualstrengthsatthesamenetdeflectionsusingatestprotocolthatissimilartothatdescribedinTestMethodC1609/C1609Mon45beamswithasinglefiberconfigurationatproportionsof0.1,0.3,and0.5%byvolume.Theresultsbythistestmethodwereonaverage6.4%lowerthanbytheprocedureofTestMethodC1609/C1609M.Testresultsareintendedtoreflecteitherconsistencyordifferencesamongvariablesusedinproportioningthefiberx2013;reinforcedconcretetobetested,includingfibertype(material),fibersizeandshape,fiberamount,beampreparation(sawedormolded),andbeamconditioning.Inmoldedbeamsfiberorientationnearmoldedsurfaceswillbeaffectedbytheprocessofmolding.Fortestsoffiber-reinforcedconcretecontainingrelativelyrigidorstifffibersoflengthgreaterthan35mm[1.4in.],theuseofsawedbeamscutfromsampleswithaninitialwidthanddepthofatleast3timesthelengthofthefiberisrequiredtominimizeeffectsoffiberorientation.Whensawedbeamsareemployed,andtoavoidtheeffectsoffiberorientation,careshallbeappliedtoensurethattheflexuraltensilesurfaceofthebeamisasawedsurface.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofresidualstrengthofafiberx2013;reinforcedconcretetestbeam.Theaverageresidualstrengthiscomputedusingspecifiedbeamdeflectionsthatareobtainedfromabeamthathasbeencrackedinastandardmanner.Thetestprovidesdataneededtoobtainthatportionoftheloadx2013;deflectioncurvebeyondwhichasignificantamountofcrackingdamagehasoccurredanditprovidesameasureofpostx2013;crackingstrength,assuchstrengthisaffectedbytheuseoffiberx2013;reinforcement.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
